Booking & Rental Policy
- Chauffeur Driven Packages: All packages booked with a driver include standard driver allowances, tolls, state tax, and parking as listed in the package rate. Any extra running beyond package limits will be charged at the standard extra rates specified on the vehicle cards.
- Tolls & Taxes: Standard state transport taxes and highway tolls are included in outstation quotes unless specified otherwise. Any local parking fees at monuments are to be borne directly by the customer.
- Luggage & Safety: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the travel. We maintain background-verified drivers to ensure passenger safety at all times.
User Responsibility
You must ensure that all contact numbers, pickup times, dates, and locations provided in our booking forms are accurate. Inaccurate information may result in delays or booking cancellations, for which India Tour Hire Car and Driver shall not be held liable.
